Building a Website and Apps with AI: What Actually Changes
Have you ever asked for a quote for a website and been told "three months and several thousand euros"? Or wanted a simple tool for your business — a price list that calculates itself, a shared list everyone can see — and been told it "isn't worth building"? Using AI to build a website changed both of those: the time, and the threshold of what is worth making at all.
What actually changed
The biggest cost in a website or an application was never the idea. It was the hours spent writing code, line by line.
Today a large part of that work is done with AI, under supervision. That means three things for you:
- Time collapses. Work that took weeks comes out in days.
- Small ideas become viable. A tool that would save you half an hour a day but "wasn't worth programming" is now worth it.
- Changes stop being a drama. "I want these two things different" is no longer a new quote and a new wait.
What did not change: someone has to know what to ask the AI for, check what came back, test it on a phone, make it load fast, and make sure Google can find it. That is our job.
What we build
Presentation websites. The site that shows your business the way it deserves: what you do, why you, how people reach you. With a contact form that actually sends email, proper titles for Google, and correct display on a phone — because that is where 70% of your visitors will see you.
Custom apps and tools. This is where it gets interesting. Whatever slows you down day to day can usually be built: price calculations, order logging, a task list the whole team sees, an automatic quote from your own data. It solves your process, not a generic one.
A website with an AI agent. The combination that makes sense today: your site works while you sleep, because an AI agent answers your visitors on top of it.
See what we build — all of it is live
We are not going to show you screenshots. Open these and try them yourself:
| What it is | Address |
|---|---|
| Free driving-theory tests | testtheorias.gr |
| Greek traffic fines calculator | prostimakok.gr |
| VAT calculator | fpa-calculator.com |
| Health and calorie tools | quickhealthtools.com |
| Public road-defect reporting map | strava-ki-anapoda.gr |
| Digital products store | zaxisaistore.com |
Each one is a different type of job: a simple calculator, an app with a database, a store with payments. We built them and we maintain them.
What it costs and what drives the price
There is no single price, and anyone who quotes one before hearing what you want is guessing. What we can tell you is what it depends on:
- How many pages and how much content. One landing page is a different job from fifteen.
- Whether it needs to "remember" things. A site that displays costs less than an app that stores users, orders or history.
- Whether it connects to something of yours — till system, accounting, stock. That is extra work.
- Who writes the copy. If you have it, you save. If we write it, it is part of the job.
- Whether you want maintenance, or will run it yourself after handover.
The recurring costs (domain name and hosting) are small and you pay them directly — we show you where, so the site is yours and you do not depend on us to keep it alive. We consider that fundamental.
The first conversation and the estimate are free. And for anyone taking a PRO or PREMIUM AI agent package, we are currently including a free website with a chatbot.
How long it takes and what we need from you
The time does not go where most people think. Building is the fast part. What takes longest is the material.
In practice it goes like this:
- One conversation — what you do, who you serve, what the site should achieve. Half an hour is enough.
- We gather the material — logo if you have one, photos of your work, contact details. If you have no copy, we write it and you approve it.
- We show you the first version — live, at an address you open on your own phone. Not a drawing on paper.
- Revisions — this is where you say "I like this, change that."
- Handover — the site moves to your own domain name and goes live.
The only thing we ask from you is good photographs. It is the single biggest difference between a site that looks serious and one that looks rushed — and the one thing we cannot produce in your place.
Four questions to ask anyone who builds your site
They apply to us as much as to anyone else:
- Who owns the domain name? The answer must be "you." If it is in the builder's name, you are a hostage.
- Will I be able to change text myself? And if not, what does each change cost?
- What happens if we stop working together? Do you get your files, or does the site disappear?
- Does it work properly on a phone and can Google find it? Ask to see it live on a phone, not on a desktop screen.
Frequently asked questions
Tell us what you want — in plain words
You do not need technical terms. A phone call, a message or a coffee is enough: you tell us what is difficult, we tell you what is possible, how long it takes and what it costs. No obligation.
